Every Saturday from 5 to 8 PM, Roza Restaurant, Bar & Cafe fires up the grill for our BBQ Party: a Russian-style BBQ set — two skewers, bread and salad — plus two draft beers, all for 168,000 VND, in the centre of Cat Ba Town.
Russian-style BBQ in Cat Ba
The name Roza comes from our co-founder’s Russian name, from the years our family spent living and working in Russia — and the Saturday BBQ is our nod to the shashlik nights we loved there. Marinated meat skewered with onion and peppers, grilled fresh and served hot with a cold draft beer.

After the BBQ, head up to Roza Bar on the rooftop for cocktails and the view over Cat Ba Town. On other days of the week, see what’s on at the bar — live acoustic music and DJ nights, ladies’ night and wine day — or order fresh seafood from the tank in the restaurant (à la carte menu).

Is the BBQ on the rooftop?
The Saturday BBQ is served on the ground floor. The rooftop bar is open the same evening if you’d like a drink with a view afterwards.
Can I join if I’m not staying at the hotel?
Yes — the BBQ Party is open to everyone in Cat Ba.
